Project Title: Discovery and Usability Testing for a Government Website

Project Goals:

• Understand the data submission process and identify pain points for users of a government website.
• Redesign and modernize the process to alleviate pain points and ease the burden for users.
• Conduct usability testing to evaluate design solution.

Methods and My Role: I conducted discovery research with internal and external users of a government website. Based on that research, I worked with designers and stakeholders to redesign the existing website, and conducted usability testing with end users. I created this diagram to illustrate that process and show our stakeholders how human-centered design works in practice.
